Shipping Policies

Orders can be shipped either via UPS or standard US Postal Service. If you are in the Boston area you can also pick up your order directly at no charge.

Scores and parts are packed and shipped as soon as possible. Items from Dorm 40 Music (item #D40xxx) are shipped directly from Craig Garner and will arrive separately (but at no additional shipping charge). We strive to fill all orders promptly, typically within one business day.

Returns & Exchanges

Our returns policy is designed to be as fair as possible. Due to the rampant copying of printed music, all sales of scores and parts are final. We will accept returns or exchanges only the event of a defective item or accidental mis-shipment. Please contact us regarding any problems you may have with your order and we will work to correct the error.
